Wave Assignments Division Wave Times

Wave assignments are tentative & could be subject to change based on registration returns. Divisions under 16 teams may be subject to combine with another divisions in the same age group.

WAVE SCHEDULE Daily Waves & Bracket Play

Pool play is split into AM and PM waves by division. All divisions return on Day 3 for bracket play.

AM Wave

8:00 am

Morning pool-play sessions for divisions assigned to the AM wave. Teams warm up and begin round-robin competition.

  • Doors open one hour before the first scheduled match
  • Wave assignment is based on division

PM Wave

2:30 pm

Afternoon pool-play sessions for divisions assigned to the PM wave. Start times may vary slightly between 2:30–3:00 PM by division.

  • Teams must be at their court 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time
  • Wave assignment is based on division

Bracket Play

8:00 am

All divisions move into single-elimination bracket play on the final day. Matches determine final placement and division champions.

  • All divisions compete on Day 3
  • Doors open one hour before the first scheduled match

Tournament Format Three Days of Competition

Day 1 & 2 are pool play days used for seeding. Day 3 is bracket play determining final placement and champions.

Day 1 - Pool Play

The first day of pool play is used for seeding. Every team competes in round-robin games within their assigned pool.

Day 2 - Pool Play

Pool play continues through Day 2, finishing seeding and setting the bracket matchups for the final day.

03

Day 3 - Bracket Play

The final day is bracket play. Teams advance through single-elimination rounds to determine final placement and division champions.

Bid allocation is finalized once registration closes and is distributed across age divisions.
